How do I report a calculation error?
Include enough information to reproduce the result:
- The calculator URL or a share link.
- The inputs and units, using a non-sensitive example where possible.
- The calculation version shown in Trust summary.
- The observed result and the result you expected.
- An independent reference or derivation supporting the expected result.
- Your browser and device if the problem concerns the interface or graph.
You can copy result JSON from Trust summary when that helps explain the issue. Please remove confidential information before emailing or sharing a calculation link.
What happens to a confirmed correction?
CalculatorX records calculator changes in Updates and published verification corrections in CVP errata. Changes to a computational contract receive a new calculation version under the existing review process. See the review policy for the distinction between automated verification, internal review, and named expert review.
